While gathering years of diversified experience in IT, ranging from universities to large telecommunications corporations, he found out that working with people felt better than engineering. He kept switching, from administration to programming to management to inspiring. Being passionate about psychology helped him provide unique experience through coaching, from personal via organizational to executive level.
