I had been reading monster erotica for a while, but I realized that I really wanted monsters that were less human than the usual offerings. So I started thinking about what it would be like to romance/fuck something really inhuman, and bugs seemed like an obvious sandbox to play in. There's a huge variety (not just insects, but arthropods and other things I don't know the names of) and they can't speak, so even if I created a world where they are huge and sentient, able to take and give consent (as they are in the EP universe) there's still a communication issue, which I find compelling. Also there's lots of different bits of bug bodies to do sexy things with, so coming up with sexy times scenarios was just really fun. I wrote the first three stories (which are EP Volume 1) and then I got my hands on a list of "hard kinks" and I started writing an EP story for each kink. I'm still not totally done but it's been fun, and I'm excited to share those stories with other people who are interested in reading the kinds of stories I'm writing.

More volumes in the Entomological Pursuits universe! I also have a collection of dark (noncon) stories in the works as well as a collection of blasphemous smut (specifically Catholic). I'd eventually like to do a collection of monster fucking stories based on monsters from Lovecraft, but I haven't done much but think about that one.
