When did you first start writing?
I first started writing in elementary school. I've always had stories bouncing around in my head. At school teachers used to have to keep me away from windows so I wouldn't stare out of them and daydream a story.
Do you remember the first story you ever wrote?
I do. It was awful! I was in second grade and wrote a story about a boy who glued a girl's desk shut so she couldn't do her work. He did it because he liked her. Of course, I'm fairly certain that piece was a tiny bit autobiographical.
