After working in telecommunications and education fields for over 20 years, Greg branched out into other investments in 2010.
Seeing the near collapse of the banking system followed by massive bailouts of public and private sectors, Greg decided to venture into the real estate market buying distressed properties, renovating them, and either renting or selling for a profit. Purchasing properties between 2010 and 2012, he rented or flipped them for a profit.
