The Battle of Wildspitze

This is a fun, fast read. Don't let the page count fool you; the vivid descriptions and deft characterization give this story a satisfying heft. The climactic events unfold in the best tradition of classic adventure tales. The authors mix authentic locales and historical figures into the story, which is a nice touch. And from what I hear, there are more tales to come -- this is a promising start to a great little series!
