Biography
Robert's ebook, The Landlord Way is a wealth of information gained in over 30 years of being an investor and property manager for single-family houses and some commercial properties. He learned at the school of hard knocks and by attending numerous seminars. Although he has never been a realtor he has bought and sold many houses as well as kept some for rentals. Robert was raised in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida but has lived in the Tampa Bay area of Florida for over 35 years. He is also a lifetime member of the Suncoast Real Estate Investors Association, Inc. in the Tampa, Florida area.
