Wow! This isn't like any Dickens' tale I read, but I can see why it's like his classic, although in a horror genre for sure. But it also brings up the moral dilemma that faces many women and young ladies. It would make a fantastic movie. This writer is very good. I'm going to read her other works. Maybe I discovered a new literary talent!
