Daisy Wright

Biography

Daisy Wright is a Certified Career Management Coach who has won several awards, and has gained a reputation as one of Canada's top career and employment strategists. Through her company, The Wright Career Solution, she offers job search and career coaching to mid- to senior-level professionals as well as to internationally-educated professionals.

As a result of writing her innovative book, No Canadian Experience, Eh?, a first of its kind resource that addresses the job search plight of new immigrants to Canada, she has received recognition and endorsement from organizations, government officials and other Canadian career leaders. For two years, she was the Career Advisor to "The Link", a CBC Radio Canada International program.

Her corporate work experience began in Jamaica, continued with the United Nations in New York where she honed her ability to understand and work with people from a variety of cultures. In Canada she worked in banking and manufacturing environments before launching her business. She also taught in the Executive Administration program at Sheridan College.
