Trevor Roberts

Biography

Born in 1949, I am an ex-IT specialist turned organic farmer. I live with my wife in the beautiful northern NSW region in Australia. We grow tea trees for the oil, and organic produce. We host guest in our farm stay, and we also host ecotourists who can view our organic operation after we provide them with healthy lunch. We also do off-site catering for anything from private functions (home-cooked food) to large crowds (fast food). We participate in the WWOOF program, which has been the inspiration for our first books.
