I have been working hard to eliminate processed foods from my family's diet - that included all oils except olive and coconut. I stumbled upon this book and my curiosity got the best of me. I was a bit skeptical of the claims, but I had to read it anyway. I have always believed that God has given us all the medicine we need in nature, and thought that maybe coconut is one of those lost gems. This book covers first hand experience as well as case studies. From beauty to breast cancer, coconut oil has been able to help and cure many with chronic diseases. I am intrigued even more at all the ways we can benefit from coconut oil and am excited to use coconut oil in more ways than just my baking!

"Valstain" was an excellent book. Captivating from page one, it was hard to put down. I found myself quickly reading through it to see what happens next. I had to force myself to stop reading so fast and just read a little bit at a time in order to properly digest it. The story line was exciting, anyone who enjoys religious end time books, secret societies, and plenty of twists and turns will really enjoy this one. "Valstain" definitely had a unique aspect, different from your typical end-of-the-world tales. The story line is complex enough to keep you thinking but not so over-the-top that you get lost, a perfect balance. Can't wait for book 2!
