San Jose State, University of California Berkeley (BA), University of California Riverside (MA), Cal Law School (Boalt Hall, no degree). Married Paula Leahy (retired attorney), children Jamie Jesson (university professor) and Brian Jesson (firefighter). Interests travel, history, theatre, American baseball, English football.
