Biography

Pressing on beyond the challenge of the moment is a reflection of the strength the Lord has provided these past 10 years. While I never would have thought that I would endure such devastating heartache (divorce, fire, destitution, loss of my parents and brother, physical injuries, serious illness, and pain), I would also never exchange these experiences the Lord has allowed to create the woman that I am today. I have read that a broken vessel, fully cemented back together knows the joy of the journey and answered prayers . . . She also understands the heart of others who are broken and can minister sensitively with love and care.

I hope that the lines of brokenness in my life have come together with the Lord's beauty that shines through me! I hope it can point others in the spirit of Phil 1:12 to the Giver of light, the Giver of life itself: Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory for any good that comes from my writing. Thank you Lord for an amazing journey!

How do you discover the ebooks you read?
The blogs I follow, social media, and friends have usually pointed the way to meaningful works in print. The only exception I can recall at the moment was the books I've purchased related to Lyme disease and mold illness: I wanted the best references and found them through traditional search engines.
Do you remember the first story you ever wrote?
Nope. I do remember my first song, however! It's the only one featured in my eBook and you'll find it on June 6, 2013. It's a simple little ditty about wanting recovery for you and for me.
