Lionel Owen

Biography

A regular contributor to Spiritualist publications and the author of three books.

Published in 2006 "The Gift" is a novel about a young boy in wartime Britain trying to cope with being very psychic and evacuated to a remote part of Wales. An emotional roller-coaster that readers say they have found unable to put down once they begin reading.

"Please God Why?" published in 2008 sets out to answer those spiritual questions people ask, especially when in extremis. It also highlights the continuing conflict between ego and spirit, while tracing humanity's spiritual evolution. Including advice on meditation and forming groups to contact the spiritual world it is a book that should find a permanent place on the bookshelves of all people seriously interested in humanity's spiritual inheritance.

"The Keepsake" a novel published in 2010 is about a tragic love affair, with spiritual consequences. Part love story, part mystery and part story of spiritual enlightenment it includes fascinating information about early Spiritualism in California.
