I love Katie Mac! This is a fun romp.
  • Hidden Talents on July 23, 2011

Emma Holly has done it again! My only complaint is that the book was too short. I want a sequel soon please. Emma Holly writes sizzling hot romance. With Hidden Talents we are introduced to Resurrection, NY America’s only supernatural friendly town and its werewolf police force. The characters were believable even if their world is different than ours. Action, adventure, romance what more could you want except more.
  • Hidden Depths on Sep. 29, 2011

Hidden Depths by Emma Holly The fae have created a pocket between our world and theirs where magic can exist. We were introduced to part of that pocket in Hidden Talents where we met the hunky werewolves of the Resurrection Police Dept. (Whom I hope we shall revisit sometime soon please). In Hidden Depths we meet the were-seals of Oceana. The king is dead long live the king. The new King Anso of Oceana is hit hard with the mating heat and takes his lover Ty and two guards to search for his mate. Much to his dismay he finds her making love to her husband on the beach. The mating heat is on him and he can’t not take her so he takes her husband too to make her kidnapping easier on her. There is a chain reaction of chemical and physical attraction between the new king, his lover Ty, James and Olivia Forster. It seems the mating heat affects them all. Trying to deal with it and its ramifications while trying to shore up his political standing among those who seek to use or remove the new king makes for a great read. I don’t know how Emma Holly does it but I hope she keeps on doing it. This is a smoking HOT read and a great story. Warning: scorching mm, mf, & mmmf sex under the seas.

Move Me by Emma Holly Another absolutely delightful, sexy and sweet story set in her Hidden Series. Belle returns to Kingaken because her Uncle has left her his house. She hasn’t been back since her brother Danny disappeared. While there she meets an incredibly sexy handyman and reunites with some old friends. This story has fabulous fairy sex, fairy luck and a holiday HEA. I absolutely loved this.

Sweet ménage. Pediatric nurse Megan takes the day off to go to the ball field to get an autograph for a sick little boy. He didn’t bother to tell her that Jeff “The Terminator” Holder was smokin’ hot and a twin. She waits with all the other anxious kids to get her autograph and when she does its accompanied by an invitation to dine. She can’t give that to the sick little boy so she meets with Jeff to give him a piece of her mind and get another autograph for the little boy. Jeff is intrigued by the passionate nurse and makes it right. He goes one better when he and his twin Jason (also a ballplayer) show up at the hospital the next day and visit with the sick kids. Megan works too hard and hasn’t had much time for a social life. Jeff does it for her. The twins are fascinated that Megan can always tell them apart. They proposition her with joining them both in bed and she figures it is better that way than doing without so she goes for it and the sex is fabulous. They guys push for long term and then things get sticky. Jealousy and lack of communication abound before the HEA. m/f/m

  • Surrender to Desire on May 20, 2013

We met Blade Evans in A Perfect Fit as one of the Evans triplets. He is just as big and hot as his brother Beau. Surrender To Desire takes place about a year after A Perfect Fit as Marissa & Beau are married, pregnant and living on their own ranch. Marissa decides that Blade and Chaz need a housekeeper and with the help of her friend Val have found the perfect person for the job. Callie Peters has a stalker and has been on the run. There is no way he will find her on the Evans Ranch. Now the danger is in Callie’s reaction to hunky cowboy Blade Evans. He is destroying her libido with scorching kisses and steamy caresses and if she isn't careful he will steal her heart. Another flaming hot read from Tory Richards. I think this one may even have been better than A Perfect Fit. I can hardly wait for the fireworks between Val & Chaz to ignite.
  • Up in Flames on June 06, 2013

Short smoking hot tale. Rachel has had to put her looks and libido on the back burner to be respected in the workforce. Shes been crushing on her boss for the past 3 years. When they get stuck in the elevator after hours he gets to show her just how much he wants her.
  • Hidden Dragons on June 27, 2013

In this latest installment of Emma Holly’s Hidden series we find out how Resurrection (that pocket of reality that is part Fairy and part human) came to be. Werewolf cops Rick and Tony Lupone are on the way to work when a call comes in about two pureblood fae fighting with swords. They are closest and take the call. When Rick comes upon one of the fae who is dying she tells him that he has been chosen to protect the woman who is to be the Keeper and his failure to do so might mean the destruction of Resurrection. When he finds out that the woman he is to protect is the half-fae he had a crush on in high school the job doesn't look too bad. Cass Maycee doesn't know what to think when high school hottie now Detective Rick Lupone shows up on her doorstep but she isn't kicking him to the curb either. It appears that Rick and Cass are going to have to solve a mystery and keep the bad guys from unmaking Resurrection and if they fall in love along the way so much the better. This is an incredible story. Emma Holly always tells a smoking hot tale but she has out done herself this time. She makes this world real and the inhabitants mean something to you. I couldn't put this book down. Watching Rick and Cass learn to trust and love each other while on the run was at times painful and at others so erotic I blushed but always I needed to turn the page to see what happened next.
  • The Law of Attraction on Oct. 30, 2013

I am still laughing at the hilarious antics that rule this story of lawyer love by new to me author N.M. Silber. The Law of Attraction tells the story of a prosecutor Braden and a public defender Gabrielle who have been meeting across the courtroom for six months. He is a bit of a player and she isn't. The attraction is there but she informs him that she wants more than "...a one nighter with a meal plan." Braden meets her challenge and they start to date. But someone isn't happy about that and starts sending threatening notes to Gabrielle. Can their fledgling relationship withstand the heat of their attraction, the craziness of the courts system, interfering friends and nutso relatives? This book is laugh out loud funny. Fans of Janet Evanovich will get a kick out of this book. There is sweetness and steam and a whole lot of I Love Lucy moments. I cannot wait for the conclusion in The Home Court Advantage.
  • Hidden Passions on Nov. 07, 2013

This story runs concurrently with the events that take place in Hidden Dragons (Hidden #5) and is best if you read Hidden Dragons first. Tony is at a good place in his life. He may be the least dominant male wolf in the Resurrection Police Department but he is a good cop and he has friends and family who have supported his decision to come out as gay. When he meets sexy weretiger fireman Chris Savoy he is smitten. The problem is Chris is tightly in the closet and surrounded by homophobes. Chris is torn between his feelings for Tony and the job that has given him a reason to live. When they are together the chemistry is smoking hot. Tony wasn’t the only one who was hurt by Chris’s indecision. I so wanted to smack him upside his sexy furry head. This is a m/m romance with Ms. Holly’s trademark scorching sex scenes so if that isn’t your thing you might want to skip this book but if it is you aren’t going to find much better than this.
  • Tales of the Djinn: The Guardian on April 26, 2014

FANTASTIC! I am a huge fan of Emma Holly but this may be the best thing she has written to date. This is the first in an epic tale of romantic fantasy. Fast paced with twists, turns and surprises you would not expect. Oh my goodness this is an incredible tale. I am so excited and cannot wait to see where she will take us next. A gifted copy was provided by author for an honest review

Yay! A real Hanukkah romance! This is a sweet contemporary friends to lovers romance that takes place during Hanukkah. Jeremy and Gen are sweet without being saccharine. Their story reminds me of summers spent at camp. I absolutely adored this story and thank the author for sharing it with us.
