Teri Heyer

Biography

I was born and raised in southern California where I grew up learning to surf (usually under the board), scuba dive (at Catalina Island), water-ski (in lakes, rivers and even the ocean), snow-ski (in local mountains and out of state locales), and ride horses (I had two, Sebastian and Chantilly). I was mostly a tom-boy and spent much of my time climbing trees and playing baseball.

My husband and I have moved back and forth across the country, so we've made our homes in Nevada, Georgia, Texas and Florida. Now that my husband is retired, we're back home in Florida near the white surgar-sand beaches and turquoise waters of the Gulf Coast.

I love writing books (mostly romances), blogging, painting (landscapes and still-lifes in oils), photography (digital), travel (when I can afford it), going to the beach, getting together with friends and family, and playing with my three young grandkids (full of energy) and two big dogs (Shani and Dude).
