I am happy to report that this book in the series continues to uphold the standard of the first book. It holds the interest just as the first and I am looking forward to the next. Definitely a must to read after book 1.

The author has a gift of getting in the character's heads and you instantly relate to them. Even if you haven't been through their experiences, your imagination takes over and you cheer for their triumphs and cry with their losses.

Great series. Good writer, period story. I got hooked by the first book and had to gat the others. A very deep and good told story. Hope you like it as much as I did.
