Smashwords Interview

Do you have pets?
Of course, I do have pets. I have three very poopy goldfish and two neon tetras. My daughters and I have given them names, inspired by the "baby shark" channel on youtube, but the names are so silly, I won't say them.
Why did you vote for Trump?
I didn't vote. I couldn't vote for anyone at all because I'm not yet an American citizen.

I just read finished reading this short story. It is a love story that’s well written. I am not a big fan of romance, but I am interested in African literature. This book was written by someone who understands how to use the English language to convey a story written about a foreign land in a way that’s accessible to American readers. ‘Toasting her’ is an Excellent work of fiction. It has no unnecessary fluffs, no superfluous or pretentious words. It is just simple good storytelling. It uses a few dialogues in Pidgin English, but this will not lose the reader. I look forward to other works by this author.
