The book is a commendable effort by the author who scientifically explains skin dynamics, and contributions of internal and external factors towards it's ageing. The book details on anti-ageing tips classified by age which is particularly helpful. Read this book for great information and tips (some widely known, and some not many would be aware of!!!!) for healthy younger looking skin.

    For those who might be thinking how is this book different from the millions claiming to guiding you to a flatter stomach, hold on. This might just surprise you. After having read it, I not only enjoy the ever evading flatter stomach, but also understand my body so much better. A thoroughly researched book, it teaches one all the must and must not(s) for a flatter stomach, without getting into the medical verbiage. Highly impressive!
