Biography

Aunt Judy (aka Judy McEwen) holds a B.S.B.A degree with a major in finance from Wayne State University. She also attended graduate school at the University of Texas at San Antonio.

At the apex of a successful career as Director of Finance and Administration for a multi-million dollar insurance company. Judy decided to change venues and fulfill a lifelong desire to write books . . . not just any books . . .books with a message.

She has been spreading this message of peace, harmony and understanding through book readings at schools and libraries in the U.S. and Canada.

When did you first start writing?
I have been making up poems, songs and stories as long as I can remember. So I guess I started writing them as soon as I could - about 2nd grade.
What's the story behind your latest book?
My first book, CHICKENS ON THE GO! had developed a unique relationship with my fan base, and these wonderful people kept asking for more. Since the book had already addressed racial and cultural harmony, the next step seemed to be something about social acceptance. Hence, CHICKENS IN THE KNOW! came to be.
