Biography

Frances Flynn Thorsen is a leading social media and blog coach. She got her real estate license and became a REALTOR® in 1985. She was an early adopter of real estate technology on the Internet .Frances was one of the first real estate bloggers to receive national attention early in 2005, with interviews in Investors’ Business Daily, BusinessWeek Online, Inman News, REALTOR® Magazine, and The Philadelphia Inquirer. She was founding editor of RealTown.com and worked as Community Manager of Trulia.com. She is CEO of Socialebb Strategies and Solutions and offers an ecumenical approach to blog and social media coaching and consulting services. She appeared on the 2008 list of 50 Most Influential Women in Real Estate in the U.S.

She works with a large community of real estate professionals and consumers on social media. She works with real estate brokerages as a social media consultant offering risk management strategies, recruiting and retention, and social media best practices and blog coaching. She participates in social media at Facebook, Twitter, Trulia Voices, RealTown, ActiveRain, and numerous real estate communities. She publishes tips and tricks for bloggers and conduct a regular series of Webinars and teleconferences to help realty pros and home buyers and sellers.

She teaches CE classes for Arizona real estate agents about HUD Homes and Social Media Risk Management. She also teach classes about Facebook, LinkedIn, Internet Marketing, and Home Retention.

Creator of the No Blogger Left Behind Webinar and Blog Coaching program. She was the winning Blog Coach in the 2007 national Project Blogger Competition sponsored by Inman News and Active/Rain.

Founding member, Web Women Giving Circle to raise money for CARE and humanitarian relief.

She is working with members of the Arizona Foreclosure Coalition to help distressed homeowners KEEP their homes.
