Smashwords Interview

What motivated you to become an indie author?
The work that I do with nonprofits throughout the country prompted me to write The Financial Rescue Plan For Nonprofits in an effort to reach as many board members and managers of nonprofits with the realities of today's financial environment along with the solutions that I employ across a wide spectrum of issues. The book practically wrote itself because today's banking and economic environment presents a common set of challenges to most nonprofits. Looking back, I'm grateful for my English minor, and something of an ability to communicate with speech and writing.
How has Smashwords contributed to your success?
Smashwords allows me to efficiently and professionally communicate my message to my intended audience.
