Smashwords Interview

What is your writing process?
I always get a scene first, or a vague idea, that just pops into my head at the most random of moments. I start with that scene/ idea and I go from there.
Describe your desk
I recently acquired my old childhood desk which also belonged to my sister when she was a kid. I fixed it up and painted it "plum" and "sea foam green". My desk itself if cluttered. Oh my God so cluttered! Notebooks stacked on my printer that is just barely holding onto the ledge. A hutch overflowing with books and my Nook. A pair of speakers hooked up to my laptop, music constantly booming out of them. A cup full of pens and mechanical pencils is stuck in the corner. And I've already created a water stain on the only free spot from all my cups of coffee and tea.
