PLEASE NOTE: all stories published before the 2016 are under construction.
My name changes a lot but generally it is L'Poni. I just like to write stories taking place in my fantastic world of Space Dragons and other aliens. All of my stories range from poetry and flash fiction. They don't take too long to read. I also sell print versions of them. I'd love to have my own panel someday at Comic Con and see my stories turned into anime series and live action movies.
Please support me by buying my e-chapbooks. $1 or more can go a long way~ feedback is also appreciated if you like my work. I want to continue to share my writings with the world.
Why do you write short stories?
I write short stories and poetry because its more fun. I've tried writing novels in the past and failed miserably (The Dragonboys is the only exception). Short stories and poetry are easier, more fun and straight to the point. I also get to add my own bits of Clusterfudge (my made up word for distorted poetry) to my writings.
What's the story behind your latest book?
The Rebirth of Heaven (not currently out yet) will mark my return to the publishing world. Its release will mean something grand. I can't say much, yet.
Darell Kingman uses his camera to record what goes on during the dragon apocalypse. With two survivors and his friend Kim they catch a glimpse of the frightening dragons that ravaged the earth.
This is Flash fiction based in the TSODR world but can be read as a standalone story. L'Poni returns to the publishing world with this release!
This collection gathers poems and stories created by intergalactic space aliens like Crotonians, Mares, the elusive Space Dragons and more. Each poem and story might be the right kind of weird or the right kind of awesome. It all depends on your taste in literature.
This is the 51st issue of The Society On Da Run series. This issue includes poetry, flash fiction and tiny fiction based on the world built in Dragons and Cicadas. Space Dragons and aliens return to shake up your lives!
(Comes with a preview of the extremely short prologue from He Knows Where the Dragon Lives, a Thor fan story and half of Sci Fi poetry collection 'A Time for the Space Dragons.')
During an unexpected attack, General Connelly reminisces the days before his daughter died. In story #2, a young man and his dragon venture to the fabled Cicada tree where the bugs gather to sing in a chorus. Issue #41 in the acclaimed Society On Da Run series.
Dragons can be very romantic when they wish, especially when they have nothing left to do during the day besides strolling the piazza.
The Love of an Italian Dragon is a book of flash stories that take a look into the lives of the Karrucci family, Italy’s most important dragons. Issue #40 in the Society On Da Run series. CRUCIAL UPDATE on 4/13/12: more stories and a guide to the beloved dragons
Update 4/24/2014. AnimeMETH, the first ever "truly" anime-themed book to hit the Smashwords site, combines four anime flash stories accompanied by illustrations. COMES WITH A SAMPLE OF War of the Space Dragons.
The space dragons are coming! And this time they are coming with their Empire form the depths of Space itself. They mean business and they aren't going to take the torture from us any-longer! This is story #25 in the acclaimed dragon series, "The Society On Da Run," but if you're just starting out, this is where you should start (or you could read War of the Space Dragons)
Based off of the short movie Sintel by the Blender Institute, this special story is about a young girl on a search for her Dragon, and not much can be given away about the plot because it is a very special story about love and how far one will go to reclaim what they once lost.
Notice: this is an anthology. In this e-chapbook are twelve poem-stories that serve as an introduction to the space dragon epic 'The Society On Da Run'. These twelve (and more) poems and stories are diverse and offer up something new to the world of Dragons.
I thought this would be some kind of terrible erotica, but surprisingly it was a military survival story. It was the cover that made me reluctant to read the story, but I'll read anything about a dragon. The eroticaesque cover does not do the story any justice. I suggest the author change the cover. This was a strange story and reminded me of military games like Halo and the survival game Left 4 Dead. I don't really see the creatures as dragons (nor is there any utterance of the name), but all in all this was a good read, albeit a bit slow.
This is why I love short stories. It's short, sweet, and a little bit sensual. I kinda wish it were 3k words longer, but it's perfect at it's current length. This is my favorite story! And I am wondering why you removed me from your favorite authors list (I'm just wondering. Feel free to reply in a review).
