I don't exist, I only think that I exist. And if I think that I exist then thoughts are intangible, meaning I don't exist empirically. Only Self-realization makes us realize that life is an illusion.

When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
What is Yoga? In today’s sick materialistic world I believe 99% practitioners do not know the true meaning and objectives of yoga. It is so because of the vast difference in culture among various civilizations and at the same time strong conditioning through a few fundamentalist religious organizations. All the esoteric secrets have been long forgotten and all spiritual teachings of various religions are skewed and corrupted by their institutionalization. Even in India it is known to a very few that it takes at least 12 years of Sadhana (Practice) for any kind of spiritual achievement (Siddhi) to take roots. But today everybody believes that yoga and meditation can be mastered in a month’s workshop and worst is the 100 or 200 hour teacher’s training course with a prestigious Yoga Alliance certificate. It took me decades of practical research in isolation for the real esoteric knowledge to be revealed. Surprisingly Sage Patanjali the father of modern yoga has not mentioned a single asana (Posture). He formulated Ashtanga Yoga or Raj Yoga in just 195 aphorisms. It is up to the seekers to decode his formula and find the answers.
