I live in the Midwest or Heartland of America. When I'm not writing, or reading something new by my favorite authors, I am working or spending time with my four children. The writing bug was something that bit me about 15 years ago and has taken me this long to devote enough time to embracing it. Writing was something that got put on the back burner when my kids were young. I have always been an avid reader and continue to be. Reading is like my sanctuary to escape to. Writing is my release mechanism for everything that floats around in my head.
