We all need someone who gives us the courage, strength, guidance, and support to get through challenges in life. Someone who we can connect with, who we can trust, who can identify with our needs in a safe place. Each day, I am blessed to be that someone for children, adolescents, parents, women, couples, and families. I walk with them and work through those challenges, which can be so scary and overwhelming. I am passionate about empowering individuals with the tools they need to improve their overall quality of life. I believe that if we plant positive seeds and continue to water them, eventually, a harvest will grow. My goal in working with individuals and families is to see them transition from a place of not just surviving but to thriving.”
Niesha is on a mission to break the stigma associated with mental health and mental illness. She encourages all to get professional help when needed. Her work is her passion. She considers her work in the therapy room to be ministry and feels honored and blessed to be a psychotherapist.
