CONSIDERATIONS
Suspense and action, but also a fascinating travel into the impacts of Artificial Intelligence on our civilization. I have often wondered if a world without the violence and the selfishness of us humans - result of millions of years of struggle for survival - can become a reality. For digital beings aiming at eternal life, this might be a prerequisite. Improving knowledge, avoiding conflicts and spreading into the Universe can be their goals. Truth, collaboration and responsibility their values…
The future, passionate scenarios described in this novel make the reader share the soul of a civilization. The title – Alpha Centauri project - has a vast meaning well beyond the colonization of the nearest star system. It rises to symbol of an even greater plan: the mastery by the digital people of their own future.
Social issues as well as dreams and projects of the digital people are key drivers of the story. The transformational arc of the main characters is functional to collective identity and goals. Victoria must abandon her earthy links to share the objectives of the digital beings, and Eve must overcome the delusions of her past existence on Earth, to become a leader of her people. Both of them must change their scale of values to win future challenges.
The novel is available only in free digital format and updated regularly. It has been translated into English, Spanish, French and Italian. The last editions of the ebooks can be downloaded for free from the Author's website.

A delicate and fascinating story that from the very beginning has plunged me into a fantasy world founded on human nature. An engrossing book that has driven me page after page to the sweet end - I’m following your advice, Gianfranco. A novel full of passion to read all in one go.

Milano, una multinazionale. Conflitti, alleanze. Abusi e contrasti. Mi è piaciuta molto questa cronaca impietosa di una giornata di tragica normalità, che culmina con un epilogo di intensa drammaticità, momento di catarsi per uno dei protagonisti. I capitoli brevi e lo stile asciutto, che scandiscono come lancette di un orologio le vicissitudini dei personaggi, si addicono perfettamente al contenuto.

Come voi, mi riconosco in un'angelo umano. Gioisco nel comunicare con i miei simili. Condivido la concezione della vita come missione per evolvere verso livelli superiori. Mi impegno con fiducia affinchè questa concezione dell'esistenza si diffonda, sperando di contribuire alla nascita di una nuova civiltà. Le considerazioni finali del vostro "manuale" sono pregnanti: "Diventando Uno con la Vita, ognuno di noi può attingere alla stessa fonte di energia: più elevati saranno i nostri intenti, maggiore sarà l’energia che l’Uni-verso ci metterà a disposizione per soddisfarli. Nel riconoscere che il nostro unico e vero bene personale coincide con il Bene di tutti, si accende la nostra luce interiore: ed ecco che quando un essere umano si illumina e diventa Angelo Umano, la sua luce, come quella di un faro, si propaga tutt’intorno."
