Great ending!! Overall I thoroughly enjoyed this story. Full of surprises and very realisic. Yes, it would make a good film. 5 stars.
  • The Price Of Metal on Nov. 06, 2013

Great story but I don't think he would have had time left to reach for the coin. Good story. Probably a lot of guys close to this situation. Recommended read.
  • Turned (Book #1 in the Vampire Journals) on Nov. 07, 2013

Well what can I say? It started off good, but went downhill before I got halfway through. Unfortunately it took a nosedive after that. I think the author may not have been in the right mood for continuing to write the story. Try again.
  • The Faeries on Nov. 12, 2013

EXTREMELY descriptive and I started to lose track of the story. Very well done, nicer if it had been longer.
  • Service Provider on Nov. 12, 2013

BRILLIANT. What more can I say?
  • All The World In Wax on Nov. 12, 2013

I think this kinda story's been done before BUT, it was a very good read.
  • Pulchritudinous Book 1 on July 13, 2014

I absolutely love this story. It is so sweet and innocent and yet has important lessons carefully woven into the storyline. Delightful little boy as is his friends. Recommended.
  • Pulchritudinous Book 2 on July 13, 2014

Oh my goodness what a delightful continuation. I had to read this after finishing book one for the fourth time. Amazing adventure, this author has a wonderful imagination. I still can't work out which king he is as Linda isn't giving anything away. Another lovely story and much cheaper than I thought it would be. Well worth the .99 cents.
  • The Dog Who Loved Sherlock Holmes on July 13, 2014

A wonderful story. Well written and I found it quite exciting. Recommended.
  • That Moment... on July 13, 2014

I've read this book before but couldn't find it in my ereader so I grabbed another copy. I agree with Christina Harrod, it's a rare find and truly inspirational. It is so well written that the author draws you into each story. C.C.Champagne is a top class writer and I hope, and pray that another book will follow. Definitely a 5 star rating.
  • Nun with a Gun on Feb. 18, 2015

Another wonderful story about Inspector Martinelli. I have to agree with the other reviewers, a very touching and emotional story. Again the author has made us smile and laugh but has also made us feel compassion. I love the new characters especially Wilhelm. He's very likable and very helpful to the Inspector. I recommend this book and others by this author.

What a laugh. I admit laughing from start to finish with this little book. Sometimes this is what we need.
