Biography

Elijah Sadaphal is the founder of What Christians Should Know (wcsk.org), an organization whose mission is to grow mature believers in Christ. He serves his local congregation as junior pastor of Deeper Life Christian Fellowship in Queens, NY. He also serves concurrently in his second vocation as a board-certified medical doctor. He is the author of seven books and lives close to New York City with his wife and two sons.

What do your fans mean to you?
Having a growing number of fans is one of the most rewarding gifts of being an author. The fans mean that what I am doing is not only having a positive impact on people, but the content and delivery has found a welcome niche. The fans are also motivation to do more and strive harder for the edification of others.
What are you working on next?
I am actively working on my third book, What Christians Should Know Volume II. This is an extension of Volume I and explains everyday practices (e.g., prayer, communion, baptism) and principles (e.g., faith). I am not-so-actively working on two other books: (1) [Non-Fiction] How reason, science and logic ultimately find God in an age of skepticism. (2) [Fiction] How to find and nurture your true calling when you feel torn between two identities in a hostile world.
