When I was a kid, about 8 yrs. old or so, I would lend at least 25 books at the school library for my summer break. At first my teachers shook their heads in disbelief and they were probably thinking to themselves: he is never going to finish all of those books. But coming back after the summer break, I was always able to give them a detailed review of every single book. Some of those books were trilogies such as Isaac Asimovs "Foundation-" series and "Ringworld."
I simply love books and though I like watching a movie just as much as everyone else, reading a book really is something else. By reading a book you construct pictures in your own mind instead of being served by a director.
But what I love the most about books is the possibility of finding several layers in the book. Things that you cannot find in a movie can be put into a book, because words can be used in such a way that other kinds of meaning appear or disappear.
I write about almost everything and anything, but always with my own speciality of "wry and dry" humor, that is, the kind of humor that attacks a subject head on, but still leaves the reader to think about it.
I really hope you will enjoy my books...
Wishing you a good reading experience,
Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?
I grew up in a rather rough neighbourhood in Horsens, Denmark. In the 80's the tensions between two rivaling gangs had grown to a level of violence that drove the Police to start a section dedicated to fight gang wars. My sister, two brothers and I managed to stay fairly out of trouble, but of course this environment has made an impact on my view on life. Even the harshest criminal is usually soft inside and every person can change their violent behaviour if they set their mind to it and if they get the support to do so.
When did you first start writing?
I don't remember exactly, but I wasn't very old, maybe 6 or 7 years old. Back then I wrote a wide variety of stories using pen and paper. When I was 14 years old I bought an Olivetti Electronic typewriter and I remember with a smile how I used to write way too fast for that machine to keep up, even though I only used my own 3-4 fingered system. When the buffer on that old Olly was full it made a long beep and I let go of the keyboard waiting for it to finish. Then I would continue the next few sentences till the buffer screamed "enough already! Let me think!" again. I had that machine for almost 4 years, before it was worn out and I bought myself an Amiga 500 that lasted the next 5 years, before I could finally afford a normal PC with Microsoft Word installed.
Maybe you think you know Thor, Loki and Odin...
But have you ever heard the real story of how these characters came to be thought of as gods?
In this series you get the real version, where the human children Tjalfe and Roeskva are abducted by the Yetten forces and begin an amazing adventure bringing them to unbelievable places in the galaxy and visiting strange planets.
The Fyrkat Project is a sci-fi-norse-mythology-blend written by a Danish author...
The story from "Skryms Glove" continued: The human children Tjalfe and Roeskva find themselves waking up onboard the Aseir ship, Alfheim, as the ship is attacked. Balder has disappeared after a test run of the new Aseir ship, Mjolnir with Thors new devastating weapon "The Hammer" onboard. Who captured Balder and why is Trym, the strange commander of Planet Muspelheim, bent on marrying Freya?
Thors hammer, Mjolnir, is stolen by the Yetten Trym. Trym agrees to give back the hammer in exchange for Freyas hand in marriage. She is less than willing to marry Trym, so the only way they can get it back is by Thor dressing up like a bride and tricking Trym into believing that he is in fact Freya.
Loki wants to be an officer in the Yetten fleet, but his family background makes it virtually impossible. He devices a plan to get his arch enemy, Gilling, to help him out. Will he suceed?
This short story is a prequel to "Skrymers Glove" and aims at answering previously unanswered questions about Loki

I'm a Writer! (so where's the money?)

If you can´t handle the truth, this book is not for you! But, if you are prepared to open your mind to the important message - and if you can convert the punches to energy in writing - it´s a good start. Do the tips work? Honestly, I don´t know yet. But I am going to find out. Just one thing, though: giving away your work for free doesn´t have to be a bad idea as long as you keep it to a minimum...
All Jacked Up

Jack is a tad stupid and a bit naive. When yu read this story you cannot help beginning to like him. I´m looking forward to read more about Jack and spcifically to get to know a bit more about the fiendish sisters and the librarian.

If I hadn´t had this one for free, I probably wouldn´t have discovered it. I´m glad I did!
M-corp is well written, thought provoking and action packed. In other words: there is no reason why this shouldn´t be turned into a full sized novel that I would be happy to buy for leisure time...
Miles of Daisyland
on May 05, 2013
One of the things I appreciate in a book is when the dialogue is authentic and moves on the story. If the dialogue doesn´t catch me, I´m most likely to stop reading after the first couple of lines. "Miles of Daisyland" doesn´t have good dialogue. In fact, it doesn´t have any kind of dialogue what so ever. But, as they say: rules are there to be broken. Sometimes braking a ground rule in writing can make the most impressive effects emerge and with "Miles of Daisyland" this is the case. The book actually gets better without dialogue, because the author seems to use this as a trick to get me as a reader, to consume the story in a very different way than I´m used to. Instead of reading the story as a book, his writing style refers me to sit in the chair beside my grandpa, who is going to tell me the story of when he and his friends from school tried to rewrite their own history. And for all purposes, it works like a charm. I really feel like I´m listening to someone telling me a story in which the storyteller has himself played a part. I was done reading reading the story in less than an hour and I both smiled, shook my head and wondered about the metha physics in time travel. Not many books can do that. I give this book 4 out of 5 stars...
