A devoted foodie, I have been writing recipes and cooking my whole life. I enjoy cooking dishes from all around the world and love talking about them even more.

My recipes are written in an easy format so they are easy to follow and I always try and adjust the original recipes to be more health-focused so you can be confident to feed the family well. Though, you will find some awesome treats too, for that special occasion.

What are your five favorite books, and why?
Of course, my favorite are cookbooks or any book with food as the topic. Why? Because I am obsessed with cooking, eating, and discovering foods from all around the world. It's a passion I discovered when only a few years old and it has remained with me my whole life and has been passed on to my 2 young daughters.
What do you read for pleasure?
Even for pleasure, I enjoy reading books to help build my business or improve my cooking skills. I even study nutrition so I can be more informative to my own readers.
