Once ran a Dublin Marathon, twice did Dublin-Belfast Maracycle. Was once part of a Maori Haka performed before the Lenin Mausoleum on Red Square (Brezhnev never noticed). Once hitchhiked to Bethlehem, selling blood on way back to pay boatfare Piraeus-Brindisi. Advocate of Georgian Economics, inept enthusiast of Tango, sometime movie extra (the wretched Spielberg has yet to call, though).
Created out of nothing, developed and established the Irish affiliate of the American Quarter Horse Association; ran over twenty charity Trail Rides as part of their programme; at request of NRHA/AQHA introduced the discipline of Reining to HorseSport Ireland for their onward development. Wrote this book directly based on his own experience in weight loss. Lives blameless chaste life in Ireland.
