Miriam Smith

Biography

To write or not to write. It isn't so much a question as it is a need. With so many characters vying for a chance for their story to be told, it's little wonder this California native took the plunge and penned a short romance.

Miriam finds pleasure in bringing her characters to life, giving them a chance to tell their story as only they can. She writes what interests her--contemporary and, most recently, sci-fi/fantasy--and always ensures her characters find the happily-ever-after they rightfully deserve.

Very well written. I've read this book at least a dozen times since I've downloaded it. Thank you for a great short!
  • Black Moon (Moon Trilogy Part I) on Dec. 27, 2010

I love Isabella's strength. Right from the beginning, it's clear she's not weak or a pushover. She's firm in her purpose, never losing sight of the job she's been sent to do. And Donovan's perfect as her mate. He trusts her judgment, doesn't attempt to talk her down when it seems she might be making a huge mistake. A terrific read. I'm looking forward to reading the rest of this trilogy. Well done!
  • Amber Moon (Moon Trilogy, Part II) on Dec. 28, 2010

The theme carries from the first book - the retrieval of a particular item - and the characters are terrific. The references to book one are great, short but relevant to the story. Thank you for a well-written second book in this series. Can't wait for the third!
