She carries on the tradition of her kinfolk, the storytelling magic guaranteed to rob hours of sleep and make the night come alive. Only the brave dare step into her world to listen. And sometimes, the voices still whisper...

I'm not usually a reader of romance, but I enjoyed Quicksand by Diane Adams. There was much more going on in the story than just the attraction between Emily and the handsome "new teacher on the block," and that kept the pages turning, made the story interesting. I thoroughly enjoyed the mystery element in the story, I'm looking forward to reading more from this author.

Miss Eden's Garden was a such a fun read! It is a delightful mix of romantic suspense and mystery. Adams skillfully wove the threads of the story and had me wondering "whodunit" all the way to the end. So many characters had motive and opportunity...and it was a fun ride all the way through the story to the discovery of the culprit! I'm looking forward to reading more from this author.

I don't usually read romance, but I'm glad I read this one. The strong family portrayed in the story, plus the influence the family has on the lives of family members and others is very encouraging and refreshing in today's hedonistic world. I'm looking forward to reading the other stories in this trilogy.

Loved it! Loved the author's voice and loved the story! Susannah is burdened with a gift that she must learn to handle. And it isn't easy to shoulder the burden. I won't say more because I don't want to spoil it, but the story has very satisfying, uplifting conclusion. Looking forward to reading the sequel.
