The book was very hard to follow in the first 3 chapters and I almost gave up trying to follow the scrambled mixed up list of characters. The book's contents did fall together later and was an enjoyable read after that.

This is his best book. Vigilante was decent, In the name of the Mother was confusing and not to his usual standard. Flaxmead was the best written and most entertaining book he has written so far
