I'm not much of a vampire fan, honestly, but every now and then I enjoy a good bloodsucker tale. This was a good story with some original ideas. Nicely done.

This was a very well-told and imaginative short story. The author does a fine job of ballancing his proffessional knowledge of the protagonist's dentistry skills with the actual amount of information the reader cares to hear about, leaving the prose informed without becoming mechanical or boring. The ending is great, building to a chilling stop and leaving the reader wondering what the future holds for Dr. Brian. My only real complaint is that I found the story's dialog forced and unconvincing at times. Definitely worth a read.

Zombies, like vampires and werewolves, are everywhere you look lately, and I tend to ignore these stories in favor of more original concepts. But when I happened across this one, I found it to be a welcome exception. Set nearly two years after the rising of the dead, it looked at the zombie plague from a fresh and intriguing new angle that had little to do with the usual apocalyptic carnage. Well-written, emotional and with great dialog, I came away from this one perfectly satisfied and eager to read more by this author.

A very well-written story with an extremely creepy premise. A little slow paced, but that was part of its mood. The story unraveled superbly to an excellent ending and left me wanting more from this author.

An enjoyable read with some really entertaining stories. Absolutely worth checking out, especially if you like your horror a tad on the lighter side. It could probably benefit from one more thorough edit, but overall it was quite well done. I look forward to more.

I found this story rather slow and drawn out, but what it lacked in pace it made up for in the author’s talent for vividly painting scenes both physical and emotional. The scenery and characters lingered in my mind long after the story was over. It was lovely and well crafted and I’d recommend it to anyone who appreciates good narrative.
