Garstein's Legacy
on Nov. 25, 2012
This is a very good book. Quite a modern day Dickens. I have read it twice, and second time it still was a well read.
A Brother's Duty
on Dec. 06, 2012
I was positively surprised by this book. It was very well written with very likebly characters. It's about acceptance and tolerance. The reference to baroque music playing and in particular to our national icon, recorder player Michala Petri, was a nice additional touch. I might not agree on the book's view on global environmental changes, but this doesn't retract on the overall
A Key to Paradise
on Dec. 15, 2012
I downloaded this novel to my e-book-reader last year. But somehow I didn't get to read it until yesterday. I am impressed by this Novel: the characters, the plot and the prose. This a really good book. very much recommended. I look forward to read mor of this author!
2Promises
on Dec. 30, 2012
I liked this book a lot. Beth promises a friend to seek for his long lost daughter in India. She has recently been invated by a spiritual being and looks for a portal to free this spirit. Good plot.
The Skin of the Gods
on Jan. 04, 2013
This a continuation of '2 promises', with Beth as the heroine, sort of. While the story of '2 Promises' was straight forward, this story is more convoluted, going bacwards and forwards in time, between ancient Egypt, old England and present day.
The Confession
on Jan. 13, 2013
Amazing. Very, very well written.
A Lost Lady
on Jan. 16, 2013
Great action in Australian rainforest in Queensland. Ben Hood does it again, but his luck with the ladies is again a bit twisted.

America One (Book 1)
on Jan. 25, 2013
I was somewhat in doubt about this book. There was way too much technical data about flying machines and getting into space. I liked the interaction between the characters in the story, albeit a little sketchy in description. If you like the technical stuff about aluminium alloys and flying aircrafts, this might be the book for you.
Being Isobel
on Jan. 28, 2013
Great story! More down to earth, than some romance novels.
A (Not So) Healthy Dose of Chaos: A New World

on Feb. 03, 2013

on Feb. 06, 2013
After a devastating disaster, where many were lost in a flood, the survivers: one woman and 7 girls become a family and settles i Hope. Years after things get stolen from their house. Has this something to do with their past? Read this emotional book, and keep the hankies ready!
A State of Kindness
on Feb. 16, 2013
A heartbreaking and emotional wrencher, but with a positive outlook. In Denmark we have had lots similar cases, where normal youngsters were institutionalized at mental institutions, because of poverty, prostitution and physical challenges.
Thank You! for a great story!
Alinora
on Feb. 17, 2013
Great story. I particularly liked the parts where reality and the alternative world started to interact, and the twists with her 'shrink' and her meeting with Caleb in the real world.

Sideshow Nights
on March 01, 2013
Loner Mike Kranton meets beautiful Zelda at the travelling Carnie show. Zelda is involved with some bad men and Mike decides to run away with her, as he has issues himself at home. In a kind of road movie across America, they meet with people and have good and bad experiences. The novel has it's good and not so good parts. I liked particularly the parts when they meet the 'carnie' people, while their clashes with the gangsters were a bit clark Kent/Superman. The novel needs some editing, but overall I liked it.
Second Chance Romance
on March 01, 2013

The Larsen Sisters 1: My Sister's Wedding

Coronado Dreaming
on Oct. 23, 2013
I am impressed with the prose and the imaginative plots and twist of the fate of Greg. Perhaps the midle part of the story is a little too long. One is prone to lose interest in the main plot of the story, until the action picks up in the end of the story, when Greg wakes up.
Running
on Oct. 25, 2013
Good story. Needs a little thorough text checking. Some obvious mistakes, where names are interchanged, and 'nots' missing.

A Woman Warrior Born
on Nov. 09, 2013
An amazing read. This fantasy of a woman warrior with special talents was a page turner. It has a fast pace and depth. If you enjoyed Elizabeth Moon's Paxenarrion stories this is something for you!!
Shuri Gate
on Dec. 14, 2013
Interesting novel based on the author's personal experiences working as a KC135 tanker crew chief. The novel is a part love story and in part a hard talk airplane experience. The last part is heavyly encumbered with technical abbreviations and airplane slang. This a problem for non-technical readers. Even if there is a glossary in the appendix, I would recommend the author to 'translate' the important abbreviations in the beginning of the novel, and graduadly introduce the abbreviations in the text, og even reduce the use of the same.(AFB AWOL TDY...)
Share Your Toys, Timothy!
on Dec. 22, 2013
Nice hardworking Timothy meets the Jones family, and is attracted to the female members of the family. A story of love and action. Perhaps a little too violent for my taste. The badies are really bad! And the good guys/girls are really, really good!
Tea-shop Twinkle
on Dec. 22, 2013
Well written romantic short story.
Rewind
on Dec. 23, 2013
Brilliant. This is the plot in 'Groundhog Day' with a twist. While Bill Murray in the movie wakes up the same day and tries different strategies to release his time loop, Bobby in this short story discovers he can rewind time to an earlier point. Can he use this to save his marriage, which is failing, and try to undo his past mistakes? Or is it more complex than that?
