(The last volume will be released in 2022.) The volumes are both books and courses that cover Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced Selling data. The series is not only designed for self-help use by salespeople but also for in-house corporate training.

Smashwords Interview

Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?
I was born in Bogota, Colombia, with a definite sense of connection to that country and its people. Most of my childhood, however, was spent in New Jersey and Pennsylvania because of my American father. My mother was Chilean-Colombian. My heritage affects my writing more than the locales I've lived in or visited, which includes 35 countries to date. My creative writing career began at age seven; however, since I can remember past lifetimes, my ink springs from a deep well. For sure, there are even deeper reasons and experiences that continue to influence my passion to write as much as I can today.
What motivated you to become an indie author?
The plain fact is that writing a book is not like baking a cake; it's hard and, at times, mind-numbing work. Writing taxes my eyes, mind, fingers and bottom! What I'm getting at is this: if I'm going to spend 6-9 months or more, banging out a work worthy enough to change lives for the better - at the least, entertain my readers, I might as well ensure that I have the best possible chance of people continuing to read my work, so I can keep doing it. Indie publishing with Smashwords makes sense, because I know my work is going to see more exposure, earn a decent return for my efforts, and give me gratification, days after I post my work. Having also worked with a traditional publisher, I understand the pro's and con's of that route, too.
