Fred Lechuga is the owner and author of the running and weight loss journey website, Fat2fitFred. This is his first book and it was self-published. Fred lost over 100 pounds with lifestyle changes to his eating habits and adding exercise to his daily routine. He has kept his weight loss since 2006. The blog website includes stories about how he lost weight, kept it off and his running experiences.
